BAILEY (POSTED JUNE 28, 2005)

This is Bailey. He was brought in as a stray from Fulton County Animal Control. As you can see, he is one of the worst cruelty cases ever. His collar was severely ingrown and he is in severe pain. He is presently on pain medication, but that can only help so much. Bailey is in DESPERATE need of a foster home as he needs time to heal and recuperate. In spite of his injuries, he has a wonderful temperment and will pick up his head and give you sweet kisses when he sees you. We are going to do all we can to find who did this to him and prosecute.

In the meantime, we do not have a foster home for him and he is living at the vet clinic. This is not a good place for him to be. If anyone would please help a true case in need (not that they all aren't, but he is really suffering). UPDATE! A HAPPY ENDING! (POSTED JUNE 30, 2005)

Bailey has just been adopted by a gentleman with much compassion and a lovely home. He presently owns a 9 year old male rottweiler who didn't mind having Bailey around. Bailey tried very hard to climb into his lap, but due to his injuries was unable. He has been very sweet and social, despite his pain and former mistreatment.
